I finally made the right FIRST CHOICE!, May 3, 2010

the wagner is one of many i considered. After 2 weeks of looking I finally took the chance and picked one. The wagner is the first time I haven't been let down by my decision when buying something like this. It works much better than I expected. I used it 2 days straight on my vinyl dual pane windows seals. Cleaned every nook and cranny! My kitchen floor tile grout! It's a big floor! 18" tiles, looks like new! This thing goes and goes! It claims to last 40 minutes on a full tank but I have to say I think that is false advertising because I kept hoping it would run out so I could take a break but it went for over an hour! Never stopped to heat up again, never lost any pressure! I have never written a review before however I feel compelled to let everyone know that if you are looking for a nicely built, durable, easy out of the box steamer...THIS IS IT!!!! Finally and company who really thought their product through. I love it Wagner! So much that I will consider your other products first when I'm looking for something else in the future.

I bought it solely to clean the burned on grease and pit on my stainless steel commercial stove and stainless backsplash. Since the stove is stainless steel, using a steel pad scratched the stainless and wasn't able to get it all. Using the Wagner 905 with the brass brush tip worked great. I let the steam and brush do all the work. The burned on grease and pit are completely gone. I am total satisfied with this steamer. Just wish they would have included 2 brass brushes.

I recently purchased this item at our local warehouse store. What a dissappointment. Followed directions..let steam heat up for 12 minutes and took it into the bathroom to clean soap residue off the shower and clean shower tracks etc. in the standing shower. There was lots of steam but nothing was cleaned, and I mean NOTHING! Finally, sprayed it with my bathroom cleaner and wiped the grime off. Moved to the stove in the kitchen (has a ceramic cook top) blasted the steam.....again NOTHING was cleaned. Took out the oven rack to see if it would remove some light grime on it. NOTHING! Took it outside to see if it would clean some bird poop off the siding.....again NOTHING. I tried 2 days in a row to get this thing to clean anything, reread the directions and the only result is clouds of steam with no cleaning power. What a total waste of time, effort and money. Unless there is some trick to this that I am missing and someone can inform me of what that might be, DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT!

This steamer works great and it makes steam for a long time. I find it easy to use. You can really get into the crevices and cracks. Just watch the grime melt away. It takes only a couple minutes to come up to temperature. It is loud, like compressed air. Stuff that I would have to scrub with cleaners just melts away with this thing.
