Not my favorite I'm sorry I didn't go to a feather pillow instead. Little to firm for me and not real soft.

There are a lot of complaints that these pillows have gel in the name but aren't filled with gel. Several people rated these low because the tags say they are filled with polyester. If these people bothered to check, they would see that these pillows are filled with gel fiber, which is made from polyester and designed to behave like down. Only it's better than down, since it won't aggravate allergies, and it fluffs back up by itself. It's almost like people are reviewing two different products. I bought six, and none of them have a strange odor. They have plenty of support and by no means squish down to nothing. They are soft, but when the fiber compresses a certain amount it creates a firm support. I sleep on my stomach and side, and both positions were very comfortable with this pillow. In fact, I used to use two pillows to sleep on my side to get enough height, but with these, I only had to use one. I'm amazed that a few people complained about the price. At the price I got them at, they were $11 each, which is very reasonable. Overall, I'm very pleased with these pillows. If you're not sure, order two and try them out. If you don't like them, stick them in the guest room. If you think they're great like I do, order more and hope that they don't stop making them in the future.

With "Gel" in the title, I expected it to be something that I would sink into. Instead, it is a bulky pillow that does not compress. I cannot use it for sleeping. Also, I am not sure where the gel is, I couldn't feel it....maybe that is the dream part
