This particular unit unfortunately didn't work properly. However, the service was excellent. Seller responded quickly to my inquiry about exchanging or returning this product. He sent instruction to return product and he would give full refund plus shipping expense. And, he did.

I ordered the TOMTOM receiver on December 3, 2009 with a delivery promise date of Dec 12. On Dec 12, it never came and I called amazon. I was promised next day delivery and it never came. I then got the promise of January 4 and the receiver still did not arrive. I called on January 4 only to say two more week. Around february 5, I finally got a cancellation of the order stating that they would not be delivering the receiver. They did not even bother to refund my money or contacct me in person. Nor were the customer service reps that I dealt with throughout this encounter apologetic for the horrible despicable customer service.

The traffic receiver works great. It lets me know if I am driving towards a traffic jam and estimates the delay quiet accurately. I've used it in the Los Angeles and San Diego area.

I live in the Greater Toronto Area and this receiver has saved me tons of time in rerouting to avoid traffic. Highly recommended!
