I'm not spending $49+ at Best Buy. This cable works connecting my XBOX to my Samsung TV. Great picture all the time.

I bought all the cables for my home computer and theater setup from Amazon. They work like a charm. If you're doing all digital I can't see why you would ever spend more for "name brand" cables. Also, the frustration free packaging deserves all the hoopla Amazon gives it.

The cable comes in a simple box, straight out and ready for use. It has small, slim connectors and is black throughout. The quality matches that of my previous cables (I purchased this so I could move my TV further away from the xbox). Not much else to say, a great basics product from Amazon. If I need another HDMI cable, or any product that is available in Amazon Basics, I will have complete confidence in buying from them first.

If you were to walk into a big-box retailer and buy a Blu-ray player, you'll invariably be shuffled towards the higher end ($40+ and up) cables. They don't add any value or performance. I have two of these HDMI cables, and they work like a charm. They're well built and feel sturdy. Bottom line is that for the price, you can't go wrong. And to spend more money than is needed on these cables is just ludicrous.
