Great Router!, May 5, 2010

I was having problems with our old linksys router having to be restarted all of the time, plus it was just really old. I decided to give the new Linksys Wireless-N router a go and have been very satisfied so far. I haven't had to restart it yet. That being said, I did install the DD-WRT or whatever its called firmware right when I got it. There's a great review that shows exactly how to do it if your a little tech savvy.

I've bought a few of these routers from Amazon. Until now, I've been receiving v3s, but I ended up with a v2 this time. It's a bummer because I can't install any kind of third party firmware into this specific version, but the router itself is great. I've been able to set all of them up with ease, they have pretty awesome range, and they look slick as well! Too bad Cisco decided to physically limit only one version!

Bought 2 referb. models and both work flawlessly. Have one at home and at work. Only trouble is trying to change the config. once set. Don't lose your password and keep it in a safe place.

The one I bought is not as good as expected, breakdown every 10 minutes. However the service is really excellent. I found it dose not work well after 2 weeks of trying. Then I asked amazon to return and refund. Everything goes quite well, I got quick response and solved all my problem. Thanks.
