nice, but smells., April 30, 2010
I had to wash these several times and hang outside for the day before the odor was tolerable. Once done, they are ok especially for $3.00 a piece.
Nice Concept -- Thin Fabric, March 26, 2010
Material is too thin to provide much warmth, but does stop the chill from free circulation of air over your skin. Sleeves are handy for operating the TV remote, reading, etc. while seated. Cuddly has no fasteners, so it's not much use while standing.
Good for kids, February 26, 2010
I bought these in red for my kids (ages 6 and 10).
I didn't expect the fabric to be luxurious for the price. They are soft enough for my boys. Maybe because I washed and dried them with fabric softner?
My kids don't have any of the static problems. Maybe because we run a humidifier? Maybe because I washed and then dried them with anti static dryer sheets?
My kids wear them backwards and forwards. Wearing it with the opening to the front keeps it from slipping down while sitting up straight.
The fabric is lightweight, but you can't see through it .(per another poster's remark.) I held it up in front of my tv , I can't see through it. Yes, I can tell there is a light source behind it, but can't make out any details.
2 Wrongs..., February 4, 2010
I wanted brown and got red. I sent it back (fairly painless return process) and requested a brown replacement. They sent another red! It was pretty cold here so I gave up and kept the red. Other than that, as light as this wrap is, it is incredibly warm. This is NOT something you'd want to wear around the house (way too awkward to keep wrapped) - strictly for snuggling down in one place.
